About Nitzan
Nitzan is a corporate tax lawyer who qualified as a solicitor in 2000.
Since qualifying he has worked in the City and for other major regional firms as a corporate tax lawyer.
In 2010 he started his own tax consultancy business, and he currently acts as a consultant to a number of law firms, including Jurit.
He advises corporates and private individuals on all corporate tax related matters, including the tax implications of corporate/commercial transactions (mergers and acquisitions, MBO/Is and tax-related corporate restructuring), as well as approved and unapproved share schemes, employment and property taxes (SDLT and VAT).
Nitzan regularly lectures on various tax matters at in-house seminars targeted at lawyers and other professionals.
