About Nicola
Nicola is a highly regarded private client lawyer and head of Jurit Private Wealth alongside Jo Summers.
Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and specialises in estate and succession planning, helping her private clients to enhance and spread their wealth through the generations in the most tax efficient manner.
She acts for a diverse mix of high net worth clients primarily in the London, Surrey and Sussex areas, having practiced both in City and high street firms.
Nicola has particular expertise in advising on inheritance tax (IHT) matters, as well as lifetime and post-death tax planning including the preparation of Wills and Trusts (including continuing Trust management).
She also advises on probate issues, including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, the administration of estates, and general and specific Powers of Attorney including Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Court of Protection applications.
Nicola writes a regular legal column and is involved in various private client presentations. She is also a member of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly.
