About Jo
Jo is an experienced and trusted private client adviser who qualified as a solicitor in 1983.
Much of Jo’s career has been spent working in the private client departments for two large City firms. She was then a consultant solicitor with PWT Advice, before joining Jurit in 2021.
She specialises in wills, probate and the administration of estates, including (pre and post death) Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning.
Jo has particular experience in obtaining Grants of Representation for the estates of those not UK-domiciled, and also advises on the use of Trust Deeds for family provision as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney.
