Romaine specialises in private client matters and enjoys meeting and assisting clients with wills, powers of attorney, pre
- and post-death estate planning (including deeds of variation), obtaining grants of probate/letters of administration, administration of deceased’s estates, trust deeds and trust administration with all related tax advice (income, capital gains and IHT).
Over the years Romaine has worked for both City-based and regional law firms and additionally gained considerable experience in property related matters so continues to assist clients in these related areas.
